I found this nice review of the BW league from a few weeks ago at: QuakeNation.com - #nation on Quakenet irc. I love the quote "Pick of Week 6 Fixtures - LSR v ISP - LSR have looked massively impressive during the early weeks". /gleems with pride
Barrysworld Quake 3 Leagues - Deathmatch shows that the Quake 3 clan i'm in (Lost Souls Rising) is currently top of the division. Very very very cool. Very well played guys
Mobo reports back as tested ok. Being sent out today so i should have it tomorra! Whoop whoop! The reason why it didn't work.....damn voltage jumpers placed incorrectly. Well i only followed the guide...d'oh!
The addition of a shoutbox should liven things up Maybe.... In case you're wondering what a Shoutbox is, its like a guestbook, but simpler and easier to use. Its just there, so shout something my way
Those god damn fuckwits at Overclockers UK have still not opened my returned mobo, plugged it in, said "Oh its broke" and sent me a new one. Its a week later! God damn them!!! They also said that there's nothing they or I can do. Its in a queue and thats that. It'll be done when its done. Assholes!!! It'll be done now or I'll sue ur ass! If i'm lucky I might have it by Monday....ooooh great. I've spent the past two weeks trying to find something todo, but now i'm outa ideas. Limited net access, no games, no online gaming, no chattin to friends, no quake, no web design I also have no money, so its not like i can do anything to cheer myself up
The only thing i really want is my god damn pc to work.
Poke the Bunny is very fun Not to any bunny lovers....wait bunny lovers? People who like bunnys, erm how to say this without sexual metaphors. Hmmm, people who find bunnys asthetically pleasing? Anyways, its fun.
New design, new content (coming) and new me (technically). The last update on ere was when i was still at uni. I's finished now, got a 2.1 with Honours in Software Engineering as well. Nice. Got a free badge for my troubles too. So the question remained, what todo with theman.petemc.com? Well, blog it! Keep the blog, whack in some funky content to keep visitors hooked for a bit and through in a spiffy design. That should do. All that's left is to add content, maybe tweak the design, chuck some stuff in and k-blam! "theman: life of a web slinger" appears. Sweet
